In its January 2011 research report on dynamic case management, Forrester Research, Inc. analysts evaluated 10 case management software vendors and identified Global 360 as a leader based on their review of the Case360 solution.

The report defines dynamic case management leaders as "providers [who] have all made a strong commitment to offering [dynamic case management] DCM-specific platforms that form a basis of transforming "untamed" business processes."
