Professor Lee A. Bygrave, originally from Australia, holds a professorship at the University of Oslo. Within the Department of Private Law, Bygrave is also Director of the Norwegian Research Center for Computers and Law. Bygrave has written many internationally recognized books, including Data Privacy Law: An International Perspective (Oxford University Press, 2014).

Mariano Kristensen Technology Director, SAP
Mariano Kristensen co-founded the Customer Advisory Office for the EMEA Region at SAP, where he was responsible for the implementation of new strategic products for customers. Based at SAP in Copenhagen, he is working for EMEA Business Development in Database & Data management Group, helping customers understand the value of and creating roadmaps for the adoption of Database & Technology Solutions.

Sebastian de Bruijn, Senior Solution Consultant, OpenText 
Sebastian has been responsible for governance and compliance implementations for unstructured information in the Benelux and Nordic regions. Between 2001 and 2013 he was working as a consultant and project manager with solutions based on OpenText’s platform for Document and Records Management. Since 2013, he is working as a Solution Consultant, developing solution architectures based on the integrated SAP and OpenText solutions

Birger Tenow, Principal Solutions Consultant, OpenText
Birger Tenow works as Solution Consultant at OpenText, focusing on assisting OpenText customers with their digital transformation agendas. Birger have specialized on Data Protection (GDPR), regulatory compliance and information powered business development initiatives across a number of industries, including process automation, information and document management and digital workspace solutions. With over 20 years of experience from the IT industry, having a mixed background and acting in the crossroads of business development and tech, Birger have often been a part of the steering group of a number of digitalization projects, especially within the government sector, assisting both government agencies and municipalities. Experiences gained from working at both larger software vendors like OpenText & IBM and from a number of System Integrators like Atea and Lemontree.
