Please join us as we explore the KC and learn about the many online features available at your fingertips.  In this webinar, we will focus on the following:

  • Overview of site layout and organization of content to help you navigate and find information quickly.
  • How to use the A-Z Look Up menu to browse by (1)  Product Family Lookup and (2) A to Z Product Lookup.
  • How to effectively search in the KC and the Knowledge Base.
  • How to set notifications to learn about changes in the system via e-mail, eLink Subscribe to discussions so all topics and replies are delivered to your inbox, and add favorites (bookmarks) to your favorite content areas.After a live demonstration of the KC, we will hold a Question and Answer session where you can get quick answers to your questions about the system.
