This session will provide an overview of the valuable information the product support team is providing on the OpenText Developers Network (OTDN) for OpenText Document Management, eDOCS Edition (eDOCS DM) and how easy it is for you to get involved in the knowledge sharing.  This session will also cover the new tools and utilities that are currently available for the DM System administrator and conclude with some useful tips and tricks for troubleshooting issues and DM Logging within your environment.
