Earlier this month, OpenText acquired long-time partner Resonate KT. Over 500 customers use their WebReports and ActiveView technology to help deliver optimised user experiences and  improve Content Server user adoption.
 
In Part 1 of this webinar mini-series (April 18), we will focus on how Resonate KT technology can help enhance the OpenText Content Server user interface by simplifying access to commonly used information and providing information within the context of business processes.

Part 2 (June 20), will take a deeper dive into some of the more technical aspects of the tool. In this session we will explore how the WebReports Engine can simplify administrative or repetitive tasks and we will look at other tricks that can help make the lives of Content Server administrators, power users and knowledge champions a little easier.
