The closure of the Central Office of information (COI) in March 2012 means a large number of previous clients need to access the
COI LiveLink instance to migrate important information assets to their own IT environments. This is a presentation on how COI IT
opened their LiveLink up to the GSi and in so doing created a 'mini G-cloud'.
